This MSc builds institutional-grade competence in market analysis, valuation, investment underwriting, asset management and development appraisal. You will model cash flows, assess risk, and understand leasing and ESG performance of buildings. Capstone work produces an investment memorandum suitable for a professional investment committee simulation.
